The Holy Quran
All 114 surahs in a coloured Tajweed mushaf, with Malayalam and English translation side by side, and audio for every single verse.
Open the Quran reader →The Quran reader shows the Arabic text as a Tajweed mushaf: the rules are coloured the way they are printed in a physical tajweed Qur'an — ghunnah, qalqalah, the four lengths of madd, ikhfa, the idghams, iqlab, hamzat wasl and the silent letters each in their own colour, with a colour guide built into the settings. If you would rather read plain black text, one switch turns the colours off.
Underneath every verse sits the translation. You can choose Malayalam (Abdul Hameed), English (Saheeh International) or English (Pickthall), and the reader remembers your choice. Tap any verse to hear it on its own, or play a whole surah from start to finish.
Four Arabic reciters are available — Mishary Al-Afasy, Mahir Al-Muaiqly, Ali Al-Hudhaify and Yasser Al-Dossari — alongside a complete Malayalam translation recitation for those who want to listen in their own language. For deeper study the reader links out to three tafseer sources: Amani Moulawi in Malayalam, and Ibn Katheer and Tafsir as-Saadi in English.
Everything is built for reading on a phone: adjustable Arabic and translation sizes, adjustable line spacing, Light, Sepia and Night themes, bookmarks that survive closing the browser, a repeat-verse mode for memorising, and a share card you can send to WhatsApp.
